Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to literally work and build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build one yourself. I don’t want to tell you what to eat, I will tell you how much to eat and show you the correlation of what you eat and the effect it has on your body.
